As long as an email is sent correctly, it will never be lost by our servers with their redundant MX (Mail eXchange) records. 1. Server checked in Dynamic Server Blacklist
We use multiple dynamic blacklists which are updated with spammers' activities in real-time.
2. Message checked against black and whitelists
Email white and black lists are kept, keeping track of legitimate and illegitimate communications.
3. Message analysed by DPL Spam DB
Our Dynamic Predicative Learning (DPL) Spam Database maintains records of every Spam message that passes through our filters, creating a powerful, growing intelligent anti-spam and anti-pornography tool.
4. Message sent to AV Engines
All messages are passed through multiple Antivirus scanning engines using both commercial and proprietary antivirus heuristics.
5. Message passed through content rules
Some content is neither Spam nor a Virus, but you just don't want it in your inbox. Our Content Rules are customizable to your domains requirements.
6. Message passed through vulnerability tests
Some messages can have embedded code which can cause damage to data on your machine. Malicious code is neutered before being passed on to you.
7. Domain responses applied
Every customer is different; our domain response system allows you to customize the actions of MailSleuth to your needs. Custom footers can be defined, actions for different classes of message can be selected, custom notifications can be created, or entire scanning processes bypassed according to your preference.
